Leadership specialist, Lesley Hunter, reveals that the key to successful leadership is in understanding behaviours. In her engaging alternative approach, Lesley believes that we can learn a great deal about leadership by observing the behaviour of dogs and their role in the pack.

Using her own German Shepherd as inspiration, this book illustrates some of the key leadership behaviours needed to succeed in today's challenging workplace.

Lesley's new book

This book is excellent and well worth reading. I read it from cover to cover as I was unable to put it down until I had concluded it. Following on, I felt strongly connected to Lesley's philosophies. I strongly recommend that you purchase this book.

I have also experienced her training classes and perceived her to be a first rate empowering trainer.

I would also like to share that are two Jack Russell dogs are to be married next month.
